Zamlux.pk offers 14 days hassle-free return policy, we won’t entertain your claim once 7
days return policy period gone past.
1. In order to claim 7 days return policy, you need to keep certain factors in mind.
Product must be unused.
Product must be neat and clean in condition.
Product must be in original packing (same rapper/box).
2. To claim 7 days return policy, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Refunds (if applicable):
At receipt of the returned product, we do check it properly and let the customers know about the approval of the return claim by email, message or WhatsApp.
4. Honored Claim:
If your returned claim is honored, we will process it, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, bank account transfer, easypaisa/Mobic ash or other method of payment if any, within 24-48 hours time.
5. Delay in refunds (if any):
If your claim is honored and you didn’t get notified of the refunds, then do the following steps before approaching to us:
- Check your bank account statement.
- Contact helpline of your credit card provider / bank.
Check your phone messages regarding any message/intimation from Easypaisa/Mobicash regarding receipt of funds.

6. Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shipper address, which is duly mentioned on each parcel you received.
7. You will pay the shipping costs of returning/sending us your purchased product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note: In case of return claim, we will less our courier charges and refund you remaining amount via bank transfer, easy paisa or Mobic ash.
8. If you are returning a product which’s value is over Rs.5000/- make sure you consider using a track-able courier service or try availing product shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, that’s responsibility totally laid on the shipping company you choose.
